Banana Oat Pancakes

Spring into breakfast!

Just because it's the most important meal of the day, doesn't mean it can't also be the tastiest! Here's a great recipe from our collection that's perfect to kickstart your day and keep you full for longer.

Ingredients

Half a Fresh Banana
1 Large Raw Egg
1/4 Cup of Oat Bran
1 Tsp of Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp of Greek Natural Yoghurt
1 Tsp of Honey

Directions

In a bowl, use a fork to mash banana

Beat in egg, add oat bran and combine with mashed banana.

Add coconut oil to a hot pan.

Spoon mixture into hot pan and brown each side.

Top cooked pancake with greek yoghurt and drizzle with honey.
