Chicken Parmesan Meatballs with Zoodles

This amazing Italian style dish has all the savoury flavours the country is famous for - but without the bloating carbohydrates. Dig in and see why it's one of the most popular dishes to come out of the Strictly You kitchen.


125g of Chicken Mince
1/2 tsp of Onion Powder
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp of Dried Parsley
1 tsp of Raw Oats
1/2 medium Raw Zuccini
100g of Broccoli
1 tsp of Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Light Cooking Cream
1/4 medium Fresh Chilli Pepper


Preheat oven to 200°
In a bowl, combine chicken mince, onion powder, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, parsley & oats. Add a pinch of salt & pepper & combine well.
Roll mixture into balls & place on an oven tray.
Back for 15-20mins, turning meatballs over half way through the cooking time.
Finely slice broccoli lengthways & prepare zoodles with vegetable spiral cutter. If you don't have a spiralizer you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin pieces.
When meatballs are a few mins from being ready, add oil to hot pan. Add broccoli & zoodles to pan to soften for approx 3mins.
Stir in cooking cream & salt & pepper to taste.
Serve meatballs on bed of veg & top with thinly sliced chilli.
