Apple Crumble
This dessert works equally well as an individual serve or for a whole family. You can use small ramekins or a larger oven proof dish depending on how many people you’re feeding.
This recipe has yoghurt as a topping, but for a special treat it’s lovely with ice-cream.
It’s quick to make and relatively low in calories - just two reasons this apple crumble is a keeper.

Ingredients:
- 100 g Canned Apple Pie Fruit
- 15 g Raw Oats
- 0.5 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Greek Natural Yoghurt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°
Place apple in an oven proof dish.
Combine oats, olive oil, honey, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Stir well.
Spread oat mixture evenly across the top of the apple.
Heat in the oven until heated through and crumble begins to brown.
Serve with dollop of yogurt on top.
