"From a really young age I have always had a love for dance. Something happens when the music starts - you just feel this rush of energy. I've been lucky to dance all of my life - whether that be in a studio, or with friends and family. I love how it makes me feel and brings people together.

Kara is fully accredited BHSc, MDiet. and reviews every meal to make sure it's nutritionally balanced - as well as yummy! Kara has also created a range of exclusive Vegetarian meals for our members.
Melinda Appleby has helped countless busy women regain their health and vitality. She's also an award winning song-writer, former professional dancer, and choreographer. Kyle Frankenfeld is a master trainer and full-time athlete. In 2016, Kyle came 5th worldwide in the Crossfit Open. Kyle would tell you his greatest success is training his mum, Avril, who is proudly in the best health of her life!
