Nothing makes a table look more beautiful than a rainbow of colourful fruit. There are lots of easy ways to dress up a serve of fruit for your family and friends this season.


Spiced Cream Cheese Topping


250g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Block

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Ground Ginger

1/4 tsp Ground Cloves

Pinch Nutmeg


Add cream cheese to a bowl.

Use a beater on a low speed for several minutes, or until it resembles whipped cream. 

Once done, stir through spices. 



Easy Biscuit Crumble


8 Arnotts Shredded Wheatmeal Biscuits

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup


To make crumble simply crush biscuits and stir through maple syrup.




Mint Fruit Salad Dressing


4 Tbsp Fresh Mint

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Lime Juice


Chop mint and combine with maple syrup and lime juice.



Fruit Tree

To add some creativity to your fruit, try making a tree with grapes and berries. 

Create a base with a thick apple slice and secure a carrot in the centre.

You can then use toothpicks to pierce the fruit and attach to the carrot. 

Tucking fresh mint leaves into the spaces is a nice way to fill out the tree.
