Make your own Yoghurt Bark

Yoghurt Bark

This is a handy addition to have in the freezer over summer. You can add it to any dessert, smoothie, fruit salad or eat it on its own.

It can also be made with any yoghurt. For a vegan option simply use non-dairy yoghurt and substitute the honey for maple syrup.

The topping is totally up to you. Nuts, grated chocolate or dried fruit all work really well.

Yoghurt Bark


  • 2 cups Yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp Honey 
  • Any fruit or nut for topping


Mix yoghurt and honey together 

Line baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread yoghurt approximately 1/2 inch thick

Sprinkle over toppings

Freeze for approximately 3 hours

Cut into pieces/shards

Store in the freezer

Based on 16 serving - approximately 50 calories per serve
