Good posture is the result of muscles supporting the body equally around the spine. When all 3 natural curves of the spine are in good alignment, this is referred to as a neutral or natural position.
Good posture is the foundation to all movement. It’s essentially what holds us together when performing any given task. In order to maintain or develop better posture, we need to train these muscle and teach them how to do their job. This happens when we exercise as well as performing basic daily tasks.
Simple resistance training, body weight exercises, and YES dance, will greatly improve your posture!
